How to make muscular body ?

Hi there
I am 23 years old guy. My weight is 48 kg and height 5 ft, 7 inch. I am very lean and thin. I do exercise, but i am seeing that there are any improvement in my muscle. although i am not taking any supplement.
Kindly suggest me about supplement which do not have any side effect and things to do which can make my body muscular.
 
If you need to, you can take a protein supplement. But that's only if you're not meeting your protein requirements through your regular meals as it is.

Other than that, I'd honestly suggest trying to minimize on the supplements you take. Most others will be either unnecessary, ineffective. Despite what supplement companies would like you to believe, they have no miracle product that will magically or drastically increase your muscle growth overnight.
 
To gain a muscular body we used to hit gym regularly with including proper and a discipline diet program which helps to gain muscles but with diet you should try some protein shake and protein powder that helps to repair and grow muscle tissues.
