How to losse the last few kgs

Hi,

My goal is only a 1Kg away. But I'm still 27% body fat. So obviously I need to losse some more 5Kg or so.

My question is after being lost 16kg in 8 months, how can I now losse the last 5 kilogrames?

I'm also open to suggestions about what would be ideal weight.

PS I haven't updated my stick yet until I figure out my real "top bottom weight".
 
Here's what I recommend. It's getting ready for spring - in the States anyway.

How about choosing what makes the most impact on your weight and focusing in on that for the last 6? weeks.

For instance, for me, what controls my weight the most is excercise. So if I had 10lbs to lose, I would put down as my #1 task to walk, run or jog for 45 minutes per day on Monday, Wed and Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Not necessarily 45 mins in one session but at least 45 mins to an hour 5 times a week.

Focusing in on what you will do instead of what you shouldn't do (eat high calorie foods) gives better direction.

Right Balance

Yes,

I know is all about to find the right balance. I've heard that you can do all the exercise in the world that if your eating habbits doesn't change and keep eating crap then you aren't going to losse weight. :confused:
