i know very well every 3rd person face this type of problem but if we use only home tips i think it better for us.
today mostly person depressed to related to weight loss so i will only say please don't use fast food and avoid all
oily and fat related food and focus only exercise its better for you. i hope you will be loss your weight. thanks
