i really want to give you some point where everyone can try this points for losing fats from stomach .....
just do cycling and sit ups and stomach exercises by putting weight on your legs ....

Ofcourse Jericho, the best way to "loss" "stomoch" fat is to work out your ab muscles with weights not reps, so you will build muscle under your belt of fat, pushing it out giving you a nice slender look. And 60 cents a post!
 
Why don't you try rebounding? Its fun and simple and yes, it is very effective. All you need to do is jump and jump on a needak rebounder or a mini trampoline and from there on you are actually burning calories. Playing on it for 10 minutes could cost you 300 calories. . Try it guys. . :hurray:

Thought we already went through that and decided that it's nonsense? And in the worst case, dangerous? Your calories are way off as well - it's more like 40 than 300.
Last but not least...stop unearthing old threads, please. This one is a year old and was a spam thread to start with.
