How To Lose Weight

I am a 40 years old man. I am too fat. My face looks good but when we conside my whole body, I am not perfect. My girlfriends give me up for this reason. I am tired of hearing the same things. I have decide to lose my over fat. But my criterion is not to damage my healt. I am open to all suggestions.
 
Healthy diet and exercise.
I would chose a professional dietitian over pills, may cost a little more but I think its the healthier way.
Plus a dietitian that you see once a month means you don't want to disappoint them so its easier to,stay motivated
 
Hello! It is awesome that you decided to change your lifestyle! I also changed my life a little less than a year ago and I cant tell you its been the best decision I have made in my whole life! 100% natural does not mean that it will have no side effects. No diet pills or other such products are necessary - and they tend to be a waste of money. Colon cleansers, collagen, fat burner and appetite suppresants are all a waste of money and I didnt need any of them when I halved my weight. I didnt use meal replacements or protein shakes either - because for me these things are never going to compare with real food.

I love meals like 0% Greek yoghurt with fruit. I had fresh blueberries with my yoghurt last night and it will be raspberries tonight... Things that are full of nutritious goodness and readily available.

I wouldnt swap something like that for some powder... LOL that doesnt sound very natural to me.
