I totally agree with the water, fruits and veggies. Haven't tried the tea but going to check it out. I do drink many herbal teas though (but don't add sugars to them :) )

Just did a google search on Feiyan Tea and read this article warning about some potentially bad side-effects of drinking it...

Hope this helps the discussion.

AHello

This is a great forum
I m entering 30s now n I found that with few late suppers with friends I
Have been putting on weight. From my forever 70 kg before 30 years old I have gain about 2 kg every month now I m at 83kg .. I got real worried about my health as obesity leads to many other chorionic diseases.

Eating right is difficult because I love the wrong food I believe living life to the max by enjoying more as life is short so lamb beer beef and fried anything r my top choices.

I may go see a doctor and ask for them what's next now...

You can still enjoy all of those foods and drinks that you love, you just have to learn how to do it in moderation if you want to take care of your weight and health.

AThanks PLB
I think is a matter of aging
I have cut down my intake to smaller portion in every meal in past 9 months I cut down to about 80 to 60 percent of the usuall portion when i was in college and even with that, it seems I am forever gettin bigger now.

I do exercise about 4 times a week on tennis or gym it just help me to progress slower in obesity but not to regress my weight. That's why I think I need to see a dr later today but before that let me go get lunch :hurray:

Well, it could be a matter of not going out as much and controlling what you eat at home... what are your meals like at home?

I agree with all of you guys, I've got a lot of experience through different techniques on how to lose weight fast and safe.Right food plus to right exercise will lead you to a good result.

AI don eat at home that often because of my shop
My last visit to Levi's last week I have gone up In waist line another 2 inches .
I have visited a physician and he gets me Duromine
I m hoping to skip 1 meal during the day with that now as the DR said by taking D I would not have appetite to eat.

I am determine to loose it now with Duro plus jogging plus my regular exercises and lots of luck.
