How to lose weight without workout

Hi,
Im 38 years old and i weight 263 lbs.
A year ago I made a decision about losing weight but I managed to lose only 10 lbs so far.
I tried many diets but nothing works. In addition, I want to say that I do not have time for exercise and gym and it's very hard for me.
Have you got any advices for me how to lose weight without exercises?

I started reading a promising ebook, there is no need to do workouts. I will let you know about my results in a week :)

I used to eat unhealthy, but week ago I started using a certain method and I am really happy with my diet.
I currently train 20 minutes a day according to the method.

I mentioned something about the method, so now I would like to describe its effectiveness.

I lost 3 lbs during the week, so it's a very good result for me. I have already recommended it to my friends, so I can easily recommend it to you. Of course I still watch the results and I will write when I manage to lose more fat.
