How to lose weight Quick Fast?

hey guys, Are there ways to lose weight quickly without too much exercise? Any tips will be great, my goal is lose as much as in 3 weeks.

Be aware that x pounds of weight loss is not the same thing as x pounds of fat loss.

Some things give you large amounts of weight loss - but it is often just water weight that you are losing. I know that my own weight varies enormously depending on the amount of water that I drink and the amount of sodium in my food. Also there will always be people peddling drugs and promising the earth...

You said in another posting that you had a history of losing weight only to regain it later.

Sustainable weight loss involving learning new healthy eating habits may not give you the greatest number of pounds lost but it may give you a better result over the long term than some alternatives. We all gained weight because we were not eating at the right level for our level of activity... If we do not alter our mindset we will only gain weight in the same way as soon as we stop.

I would certainly advise you to be more active - but that need not mean going regularly to a gym and pumping iron or going out running. You would certainly gain benefits from walking regularly - which could be adopted as a new habit without feeling like you had suddenly become an "exercise fiend".

The forum is full of information on how to lose weight very effectively. If you follow all this advice carefully and methodically you should get good results both in the short term and the long term.

IF YOU LOSE IT FAST ...YOU WILL GAIN IT BACK FASTER..

I Have gone through years of not eating properly..wanting to lose excessive of amounts quickly only to gain it back and more.A few years back I was 235lbs..and not having the patience to wait a year to lose weight ..I wanted it gone now.I did lose,not in a healthy way only to gain back..I managed over a long period of time to get to 127 But got lazy and went to 170 and stay there.for a few years ..then wanting to get to my 127..I decided this time its going to stay..I dont really have a time frame in which i am going to do that..I just know I am going to.I,over a period of time have cut out chips,potatoes,white rice,fried foods and white bread.I am not saying I dont have a few chips now and then cause I am human..lol..Anything in moderation.But I am finding I am not craving that or any other bad stuff very often.

I have 2 teen girls that are overweight as well and we are doing this together.I have also gotten them to realize that its not going to happen overnight.I am so proud of them my oldest have lost 26 and my youngest 19..You just have to have the mindset that its a lifetime change and until you do you will be on a weightloss roller coaster and with no staying power.

WE all want to get to our ideal weight and its not easy.Never heard of anyone that it was.But the results in the end are outstanding if done properly.
