Hi my name is Moses and I am a personal health coach that educates people on proper nutrition, improves eating habits, develops a healthy active life style, helps with weight management and helps achieve solid results fast and easy! If you would like to know how, just ask!

Our forum is always discussing proper nutrition and a healthy active lifestyle. I often think that is the main thing that any of us ever thinks about...

I just checked your posts so far, MosesLord, and I have to say that I find you extremely condescending, and downright rude. I would suggest that you seriously re-think your approach to posting on this forum, since we do not take kindly to this kind of behaviour.

Everything I have posted is hard truth. I only give out REAL INFORMATION to people who actually WANT it. I see some things on here that are great but then majority of the posts I have read here are making me think you guys have no idea what you're talking about. Let me elaborate on that a little bit, a lot of people have been focusing more on exercise to lose weight than they have nutrition. It should be the other way around.. it's that freaking simple.. Another thing, don't think just do! those results I got may not be all that impressive to you guys cause I was already skinny in my before pic but I wasn't always skinny. it only took me 4 1/2 weeks to gain 15lbs of muscle and shed 7% body fat to get my after results because I mainly focused on PROPER NUTRITION, exercise was just a bonus. I hope that helps a little.

Maybe you would find the bodybuilding forum suited you better.

It doesnt actually sound like you have much weight loss experience - and based on your posts thus far - you are not really trying to help people - just compare your pictures in their threads...

Our bodybuilding sister site has a section on nutrition which will probably be brilliant for you.

Everyone here is putting a lot of consideration into nutrition - they just do not mention nutrition in threads that are about exercise...

I'm fine on body building. You're actually wrong about me not having a weight loss experience, you're only assuming I don't. I have helped tons of people who have wanted to lose weight and very quickly. also FYI, I have only posted one picture in one thread.

Its just that you say that you were already skinny in the before picture... Was that the first picture that you posted in someone else's thread? I didnt see too much difference... A project that lasted 4 and a half weeks doesnt exactly sound like a lot of experience.

Your idea of the truth, nothing more. You posted your picture as an answer to somebody's question in an arrogant, and uncalled for manner, you made a comment on an off-topic thread, and tried to necro the old 'Loads of small meals boost your metabolism' myth, which has been disproved a long time ago. And you threw out some rather random questions at people, and that's that.

I don't know which posts you have read, but the overwhelming majority of people here actually go by exactly what you claim they don't - nutrition is the key, exercise is an added bonus. So maybe you should do a little more reading, or pay more attention, I am not sure what's the problem there. The only person I've seen so far who doesn't seem to know what they are talking about is you.

'Don't think, just do'? That sounds like a half-arsed approach to me to be honest. If you don't properly think through what you're doing, you'll end up all over the place. It just sounds like a complete platitude with very little substance.

You claim to be a personal heath coach, but to be honest, your approach to things seems rather off for somebody who is in a position of giving advice to others. You seem more interested in showing off your personal achievements. Also, your claim to have helped people to lose weight quickly made you instantly lose all credibility that you might have been able to get otherwise. Everybody who is interested in health would not stress 'fast' weight loss. Any professional knows that sustainable weight loss is a slow, constant process, not a race. I don't know which professional qualifications you have to support your claim of being a 'personal health coach', but I doubt they are worth the paper they are printed on (if they are printed, that is).

In essence, you're not off to a good start here, and it's easy to see why. And nothing you have written so far, including your '4 1/2 weeks achievement' gives me any confidence that you really know what you're talking about. So please refrain from calling whatever you say 'the hard truth'. It's not.
