How to lose weight by exercise consistently

Exercise is a perfect way to simply because the constant calories it can be reduced. Many failed to lose weight through exercise because of consistency
Joining Fitness Centers will be a very good choice such as fitness first, etc...
I my self joined fitness first and find it very good.
The key is you have to join the class they provided such kungfu, yoga, muscle building etc...
Shop for any one class you like and stick to it. Three times a week is highly recommended.
You find it more effective because:
1) its more fun then you gym alone
2) it was embarrass to quite the class earlier, so you will follow it at least 45 mins.
3) you can meet new friend that can guide you along.

Another best way to keep you going is to find a good partner (that is fitter and discipline then you) to work with you.

If you're a private person and rather not have people gawking at you while you're exercising you may be interested in exercises you can do at home. I've put together a list that I use. I do it in my tiny bedroom without any equipment and so far I've lost 19 inches overall in two weeks - so it can be done!
