How to lose manboobs?

I need [LEGIT] Answers only please from people who have done it. I have small flabby man boobs. I am to self concious to take off my shirt because of them. Is there a really good way to target the pecks only and shred the fat? I want to turn them into pecks for the first time in my life.

Hey, the best way to lose your manboobs is simple. Just do push ups everyday and in a few months to a year they will be gone. Start out slow and build up. The reason why this works is because you will end up with stronger and tighter peck muscles. This will effectively solve your problem.
 
You can't target fat loss. So if your moobs are all fat, you need to burn more calories than you take it to burn the fat. Exercises for your pecs will certainly help in shaping and enlarging your pecs, but they alone will not burn off the flab.
 
This condition can also be caused by a hormone imbalance that should be evaluated by your doctor.

I'm reliably told by my fitness adviser that Manboobs can occur in anyone as they get older.it can happen when excessive amounts of testosterone,the male growth hormone, turn into an estrogen type substance, which is of cource the female growth hormone.If your not a regular trainer and don't use the testosterone up while creating new lean muscle from excercise and the right diet this by product enters your fat pockets,especially at the chest area, creating the so called manboobs.
Don't panic because all is not lost.YOU CAN GET RID OF THEM!
i do however have to disagree with jvarner on his method(sorry).Doing just push ups everyday isn't enough and if you've never trained not practical either,as your shoulders and chest muscles won't be strong enough for you to do press ups every day.You would also severally overwork the muscle group.
