How To Lose "Man Boobs"

All you guys want to lose weight and lose your boobs. Can you pass them on to me please? I'm in need over here :)
 
4 Keys to lose your moobs

When it comes to getting rid of man boobs there are 4 things you should work on at the same time. This combo effect will help you will all the aspects of this problem. I can give a quick overview of what you can do. Hopefully, this won't go to long.

1 Balancing Hormones - If your hormones get out of balance fat can accumulate more on your chest than around your waist. Eating a lot of soy products or eating a lot of yogert can increase the estrogen levels in your body. so try to avoid these foods while you are losing your man boobs.

2 Eating the right diet - Stay away from high saturated fat, and food that contain High Fructose Corn Syrup. Also stay away from refined grains such as anything that says "enriched" flour. They have enriched white and wheat flour. Just because a product says its wheat flour does not mean its the god type. You should look for 100% wheat flour.

3 Chest Sculpting exercises - You can't target one area for fat lose, but you can target one area for muscle growth. The natural thing to do would be to do a lot of pushups or bench press. If you have already been working out you may have strong pec muscles. If you do or even if you don't you should work on incline bench press. This works the top part of your chest pulling your chest upward. I would avoid decline bench at all costs when you start. This will make your man boobs look even bigger.

Also this is important for each exercise you should use 5 seconds. 1 second up, 1 second hold, 3 seconds back.

I also learned how to strengthen my pec muscles while resting. If you flex your chest muscles while resting, watching TV, or lying in bed waiting to call asleep you will get stronger and get a great workout. Just imagine flexing that muscle like when you were working out or do the same motion and you muscle will flex your chest.

4 Fat Burning Cardio - Work out for short intense bursts of cardio. Long cardio sessions are hard to maintain motivation and consistency. Try using a short 15-20 minute workouts. 4-5 minutes to warm up then sprint for 30 second and walk or slow jog for 90 seconds try this 4-6 times and then have a cool down period. Don't forget to stretch you will still burn calories while you are stretching! Plus you will loosen up your muscles and increasing your flexibility. This will help you to burn calories long after you have worked out.

Like others have said, you can't choose where you want to lose weight.

But you can focus your energy on building muscle. The muscle will change the shape of your chest.

Muscle gain in general is great for your body- better shape and more burning of calories. Try to use your biggest muscles the most. That would be your thighs. Try squats, even without weight- try chair squats or just holding your arms out in front of you and going down to a 90 degree angle bend in your knee.
For upper-body, bench or push-ups are best- work those chest muscles- you'll lose the fat and shape your chest.

Just keep pushing. Chances are you won't succeed the first, or even the second time. But after the third attempt at becoming fit, you'll have begun to really change your life.

Doing bench-presses will help firm up that chest.

Hmm... doing bench presses will increase the muscles on your chest and initially make the moobs more visible until the weight has come off. So cardiovascular exercise will probably be the most effective.

Your main options are:
Weight loss , surgery, medication (Tamoxifen,....)
but most doctors will try to get you to lose the excess body fat before suggesting treatment.
 
well surgery would be my last option. Since we know that weight loss comes overtime, walking if not jogging would be the best thing to do first. Regarding man boobs, what I`m doing since I`m not enrolled in gym programs are push ups and bench presses. They`ll pretty sure work.
