How to lose fat without going to the gym?

Hi guys,

I am currently 20 years old and overweight. I don't know my exact weight, but its enough to see that I fat. I used to be slim about 2 years ago because I used to do boxing. However, upon entering uni I just gained so many pounds. I'm pretty upset with myself and really want to find a routine that I am confident in that will help me lose weight. Honestly, I'm happy to do anything so long as it is free.

The above idea came about when watching some after burn videos on youtube that made me sure that weight loss can occur without going to a gym. However, a lot of the exercises there are not really tailored to someone who is starting out.

What could a newbie do at home to lose weight? Surely I don't have to go to a gym?

Thanks

I hate to be trivial but eat less and move more. Concentrate your diet on quality protein sources and vegetables and fruits. Walk, run, play some sport that requires some running (basketball, tennis, etc.). Include some resistance exercises like push ups, pull ups, sit ups, etc.

Try for natural fat burners for weight reduction like green tea extract.Green tea is a wonderful diet supplement. It has excellent antioxidant with great immunity support. It is one of the best fat burners available in the market. Green tea is a very nice antioxidant and supports greater fat loss

Figure out your TDEE( ) and eat less 500 cals than that a day. Weight loss is burning more than you take in. Plain and simple. Cut out 90% of your carbs. Don't just "eat healthy" and wonder why you're not losing weight. You need to keep track of portions, carbs, cals, fats, ect. Don't starve yourself either. Eat three meals a day, and get plenty of rest. Run/Jog for 30-45 minutes a day.

It will be faster and easier if you hit the gym. However, maintain a strict diet and walk, walk and walk a lot. Push ups, pull ups, ab crunches.

You can go for natural metabolism booster supplements to increase your weight loss metabolism like raspberry ketone, Green coffee extract etc. These supplements are really good for burning fat and weight loss , so consuming them will be changing your body composition which might be all you need.

While I agree with your original statement about green tea being very good for you, I have to disagree about the Ketones. Ketones can actually be harmful to your body, especially if you are hyperglycemic or diabetic. I'm all for vitamins, green tea, herbs, ext. but some stuff shouldn't be messed with, especially things that affect your blood's ph levels.

Having said that, no two people are the same. Use things like this at your own risk. It's all just trial and error, after all.
