Hi guys,
I am currently 20 years old and overweight. I don't know my exact weight, but its enough to see that I fat. I used to be slim about 2 years ago because I used to do boxing. However, upon entering uni I just gained so many pounds. I'm pretty upset with myself and really want to find a routine that I am confident in that will help me lose weight. Honestly, I'm happy to do anything so long as it is free.
The above idea came about when watching some after burn videos on youtube that made me sure that weight loss can occur without going to a gym. However, a lot of the exercises there are not really tailored to someone who is starting out.
What could a newbie do at home to lose weight? Surely I don't have to go to a gym?
Thanks
