1. Food intake - quality vs. quantity
Misleading. Quantity is the biggest factor. If you eat great healthy food ot excess you gain weight. You really need to work on quality and quantitiy
2. Cardio- move more frequently, on a daily basis
Cardio has many benefits. Especially for the heart. You should be doing some form
3. Supplementation- Take a multivitamin
Supplements are rarely necessary. Rarely. You can get all the nutrients you need from a healthy diet. That incudes that enogh protein. Suppliments aren't bad. I may mighself start taking creatinine. Supplements can rarely be detrimental. There are blood tests you can take that determine where you at and what vitamins/minreals would be beneficial for you and at what dosages. You could always change your diet to make sure you get the proper amount. If you can afford it, its worth doing (the DR I worked this really pushed it on patients, and thought i saw it mostly as a scam, knowing all the information I could see how it could b heplful in certain sitations.
4. Resistance training- stimulate your lean muscle
A good progam with proper diet can benefit you in so many ways. In creased muscle/strength. Better flexibility. Build up some endurance and impress the ladies with your 100 rep push-ups
5. Proper guidance- Learn how, when, what, and how often!
