I'm new here and learned a lot of great things so far. I need specific advice for my goals.5'4, 147 lbs
36-28-43
small/med build
I estimate my body fat to be about 30% and I want to get down to 20% while keeping my nearly hourglass/x shape figure. It might not sound hourglass, but those extra inches are in the booty. I have a naturally defined waist and already very developed quads, glutes, and abs. Around this shape I have extra cushioning
Again my goal is to drop fat and keep a soft curvy shape that's more defined overall. The type of look I'm going for (essentially a leaner version of me):
I love my body but want to be healthier and fit! Please help!
