how to increase height ?

hypnosis is crazy

Good gosh, I read from this website that someone has grown 12 inches in one year from hypnosis, I mean it's not a few inches ..that's a whole freaking foot. Anyone has heard any similar stories about hypnosis and HI?

well try natural HGH first

actually if your growth plates are still opened(they might be open in some case up to late 20's) you should look into ways to increase your growth hormones production, they can effective help you grow taller, according to this website you can increase your growth hormones level either naturally or articially...my advice is stick to the natural way.
