How to go from here?

Okay, I'm 15 years old. Weight about 75 KG. 185CM high.
At this point i'm not showing my entire Bicep. Not thightning it.

What i want to achive is bigger chest, SixPack, and Bigger Arms.

I dont know if i need to lose more Fat.

But i need some tips on how i should get bigger in mucles.

Also i have no way of getting to a gym. to damn expensive. So it would need to be some kind of Home workout thingy.

Just start on some cardio - run and bike then have some weights. You can also try to research about HIIT - This works best and can get you more in less time. I would say that it is easy for your body type to have a nice body - but don't worry too much about it, you are only 15. Just tone up.
