How to break up my meals?

I should be eating about 1,200 calories a day - 5ft 114lbs

How should I break up my meals and snacks if I want to eat two snacks?

like 300 for breakfast and lunch
100 for snacks
rest for dinner?

well first of all i think 1200 calories might be a little bit low, but anyways you want to have atleast 5-6 meals a day. Now I'm not sure what foods you are considering snacks, (healhty, nonhealthy) but one of ur snacks can be one of those meals thorughout in the 5-6 meal plan. I think you should atleast bump up your calorie intake to ATLEAST 1500. Now say you have 5 meals thorughout the day you might wanna spread them out for about 300 calories each meal. You should have 300 for breakfast and lunch and dinner, and you can STILL have a 300 calorie meal inbetween those times. This way your metabolism is still burning at a nice rate. Also you are full more because i feel like a 100 calorie snack wont last long in many peoples stomachs.
 
I did one of those plans on the internet to see how many calories I need to eat in order to lose about 5-7lbs and it said 1,200 - 1,500

dinner is what really gets me. I can't eat a small meal for dinner
 
alright than maybe at ur mid afternoon snack you can make that about 150-200 calories and a few hours later at dinner which may be your last meal you can have that 300-400 calories. Or if you would like you can have just a banana in the morning which isnt as many calories as oatmeal and save some for later in the day you know what i mean
