How to avoid weight loss plateau?

How? I'm really scared of this! I want to lose as much weight as i could, and I'm scared that it'll plateau to 3 lbs a month even if I exercise and eat right!! Eecck!

Help!? ANyone who knows how to avoid this?
 
change your workout every few weeks, do the same muscles just a differnet excersise, that will stop muscle plateau, as for fat loss plateau, just cut out all junk food and do lots of cardio, and the fat will come off, but dont expect 10 lbs a week cause that is very unhealthy and can be dangerous, shoot for 2 to 3 lbs a week.
 
Just be sure to keep changing things every few weeks: eat a bit more than you have been for a week or two, do some different weight-training exercises, increase weights/reps/sets/etc., change up your cardio,..........

You can't let your body adapt.
 
exactly, just as in life KEEP MOVING FORWARD.

dont beat one routine into the ground. have the next idea lined up and ready to go after a certain amount of time. i like to change things up every 8 weeks. :)
