How Often and What Do You Do For Workout?

It has taken me FOREVER to work up to 7 mph! When I'm done my hair looks like I just took a shower - it's so nasty!

It is strange, though, that you don't go as fast on the treadmill as you do when you're out on the street. I'm speaking in general terms, not just you, daybyday! The same thing happens to me.

Being outside is 100% more fun than running on a treadmill and I can't wait for spring!

Tell me about it. I can't wait until the weather breaks. I am still going to stick to going to the gym, but I would like to start taking 30 minute walks during my lunch and get back to going to the track in the evening. Can't wait for the longer days.
 
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday - weight training, each day two different muscle groups

Monday/Wednesday/Saturday- 30 minutes HIIT on tread
