How much weight loss is too much?

Hello there,

A few weeks ago I hit my goal weight, which is 80kg, as for my height and age, my reccomended weight is 80KG. I am still not happy with my shape, I don't care about the numbers, I just don't see any difference. Well, seeing 79.5 on the scales feels great, but I think that I'm going to forget about the numbers, and focus more on my body shape.

Now this sounds weird, I know. But anybody out there who says "I don't want to look any better than I can right now", is crazy, we all want to look better.

Is there anybody out there that could please give me some tips on exercises specifically to like... make you thinner? That's a real dumb question, but you know what I mean.

I also really want to know if I should aim for below the reccomended body weight? Perhaps 75KG. I know I can do it, heck I could even go for 70KG if I really tried, but I'm not sure if it would change my shape or anything like that.

Target areas: Bum, thighs, face area, neck, stomach.

Thanks heaps.

The recommended weight is a general guideline. Not everyone your height and weight is going to weigh exactly the same. I would go along with how you feel. If you think there are areas that still need some work, then keep going a little. That's how I'm going to do it.

My weight range for my height is 106-136 lbs. Do you have a range? How tall are you?

Oh, and there's no way to reduce fat on one specific spot. I wish there was.

That doesnt make sense, how can other people your height and weight not weigh the same? I think you meant look the same.
Go as far as you like, you have to like the way you look if you want confidence.
And no there is no way to reduce fat in specific places, but you can fill out your figure a lot more by gaining muscle, which will make the fat appear less noticeable, however it will still be there.

I meant size, not weight. Someone your size will not necessarily weigh the same as you. Even if they have the exact same body type.
