How Much Weight Do U Want To Lose?

I want to lose 40 pounds. I have lost 10 or more of those pounds (lost 10 the first month and will find out today how much I lost in the second month)
 
I want to lose 56.5 pounds. I am currently at my all time highest-181.5 and would LOVE to weigh 125. Even at my thinnest, I was around 135 at 5'5.5, so lets see if i can make it happen this year!
 
fresh start and i want to lose at least 20lbs from where i am now. i'm downn 24 lbs from when i started over a year ago. that's pathetic. haha.
 
Well I started out at 194 pounds on the first of january, i'm now 189 so i'm happy with my progress!

In a fantasy would I would love to get down to 120 pounds, but i feel really happy and comfortable with myself at 135 so that is my realistic goal.

So i've got 54 pounds to go, and i'd like to be there by my birthday on June 20th (which is the date I leave for 2 weeks of music festival partying!). This is just within the realms of do-able so i'm going to try my hardest!!!
 
I want to lose at least 200lbs, I'm not new to the dieting game after being overweight from an early age, for me thin is still 19st which is really big, so I have a huge hurdle to jump ahead of me!

But jump it I will.:)
 
I need to lose about 33 pounds, in order to get six pounds below Navy weight requirements for my height, which is 156. :)
 
55 lbs left to go, but honestly 126 may be too little for my frame and height, I'd like to keep my curves and still look womanly thank you very much.
 
I need to lose 38 more lbs.

I was 200 so it will be a total of 59 lbs.

Honestly I'd be happy at 150 which would be only 29 lbs.
 
I have no idea how much weight I want to lose....ten or fifteen pounds at the max. I'm just trying to clean up my nutrition and train for my second half-marathon.
 
I want to lose 15 just now and see how i look, maybe another 5 or sometihgn not any more than that, i want to have curves of some sort
 
i lost around 20-25 over the summer but since school started i've been BACK AND FORTH!! ridiculous.. anyway 2nd semester is approaching and i'm definitely never going back. i currently weigh 126. hoping to get down to 118-120 and then i'll see from there.
 
I have several mini goals. Right now I want to get down to 170 from 202. That will put me at my pre baby weight. After I reach that goal I'm shooting for 145, my college weight. I like setting mini goals because they seem easier to get to, and the motivation from little bits of losing keep me going. I haven't decided how much weight I want to lose total. We'll see how I feel at 145. That puts me a couple of pounds above my ideal weight for my height, 5'4, but i felt good there. This lifestyle change has really grown on me. My church has a reception before service that is full of sweet snacks and hot chocolate. I was going to allow myself 1 treat saturday night and I completely forgot to get it! The sugar doesn't have a hold on me anymore! Yay!
 
I am 5'2" and 135lbs. I don't think I need to be 105lbs again, but 110 would make me happy. So, I would love to drop 25lbs.​
 
Based on my stats (6' male 31 years old) my "Ideal Weight" is around 190. That would put at what I want to loose at 190lbs. I would be half a Gizmo:hurray:. However, I am not sure what I will look like. Hopefully I will put on some muscle as I go along. So at the moment I think I will reconsider my weight when I get to 225lbs. That would be shooting for a weight loss of 155lbs. Wow so far to go. :banghead: Why did I ever let myself get like this...

I hope to get down to around 220 and then build muscle towards 250 again if possible. Mini goal is 240 by march 9th...vacation!!! I hope to be building muscle from 220 some time in spring.
 
I know that after I lose 38 pounds I will be feel much better about my body. I spent years at that weight (which would be 140) and was pretty happy. In the past though I've been at 125 which is my final goal- though I'm not sure I can maintain there. I maintained in the past at 130-135 and was very pleased so basically, once I get to 140 I'll see where I'm at. So for now, I want to lose 35 pounds. (I'm 5'5")
