So I Want To Know How Much Weight Do Some Of U Want To Lose?? I Want To Lose 15-20 Lbs... That Is My Goal... But With Anything I Will Be Happy..... Isnt It Weird How Some People Look Thinner Then What They Weigh? I Just Have To Rant And Rave About Something... It Irritated Me... I Have This Girl I Work With In The Salon And We Had A Convo About Weight And This Girl Looks Like She Is Heavier Than I Am.. Or Maybe The Same But I Told Her I Wanted To Lose 15 Lbs And She Said She Thought Maybe Only 10...and Then Had The Nerver To Tell Me She Only Weighted 125... I Literally Wanted To Start Laughing Bc I Thought It Was Pretty Funny... I Know Some Of Us Are Shy To Admit Our Weight But With This Website Im Not..... We R All On The Same Page..... Do U Guys Have Any Ideas Of Some Healthy Snacks That U Guys Know Of

I do not really have a set number in my head regarding how much weight I'd like to lose. Probably between 3-8 lbs. I'm almost there, but everyone always says it's the last 10 lbs that are the hardest to lose! We'll see about that :)

I'm with Gymchica - I don't have a set weight in mind, just that I'll know it when I get to it... These days, I'm more concerned with fitness and general feeling and keeping up good habits - than the number on the scale because I know if I do the above, then the results will follow.

I want to lose 7ish pounds to get back to my summer weight. I was a solid 126 the whole summer, though it looked different at various times. I want to look how I did then so whatever the number on the scale is when I reach that point is fine with me.

hah so true!!!

I have been near 170 forever!!!! It's taken me like 3 weeks to drop 4lbs. Although somethign that's weird is that This morning I was 174.5... Hrm.. Yesterday I was 176.5. The scale must be messed up.
 
I've been stuck in the 160's since last August. My goal for 2008 is to drop another 40 to 45 pounds of fat and increase my strength to weight ratio in order to improve my climbing. I feel my actual muscle mass is near where it should be so I don't want to loose any muscle.

Good snacks - apples, oranges, rasins, whole grain crackers, cheese, peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt - not all at the same time, of course :p. Portion control is fundamental :)

Well, as my ticker says I want to get to 160. According to the BMI calc, the very top of my "normal" weight is 164. I could go down to 140 though. I'm doing weights 4 times a week and I've recently noticed a big leap in how much I can lift, so hopefully 160 will be fairly lean after 18 more months of lifting.
 
I want to lose about 30 pounds. I weigh 175 and would love to get down to at least
145 if not more. I am sure it will not be easy.
 
Right now I weigh 132, down from 169. I would like to lose another 24 pounds and be 118. I have never weighed 118 (well, maybe when I was in like 7th grade haha), but I think I would like to weigh that much. I would like to have a body like Grace Jones or Demi Moore when she was in Striptease.
 
Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum, and indeed to the wonderful world of weight loss. I would like to lose 112 pounds - or 8 stone as we Brits insist on calling it - and I've given myself a year to do it.

I want to loose around 50lbs. Started at 212lbs and want to get it to 160lbs. My current weight is 181lbs. I started my diet in early October. Once I get to 160lbs I am hitting the gym again.
 
In total I want to lose 38 lbs, my 'healthy weight' would be 152, but I was at 165 in 2006 and looked really good, so I am aiming at 160, hey who knows I will go lower, but I will be mega-happy with that.
