How much weight can I expect to lose...

Hi

I have 4 weeks to lose as much weight as possible. I'm 97kg, will be living on fruit for brekkie, veg soup with protein for lunch and dinner, and exercising for 2 hours a day. How much weight do you think I could lose?

Why do you have to do this?

A safe amount to lose, if you expect the weight to stay off, is 1 percent of your body weight a week...

Quick weight loss is not a smart way to go
 
Hi and welcome,

After you lose your initial water weight, probably nothing after that. Crash dieting and over excersising will burn you out within 2 weeks or so. If you go about it smart, eat enough calories (which you aren't because I can see by what you say you eat) and excersise about an hour a day (at the most) you can lose maybe 1 lb a week after your inital water weight.
