Assuming I do everything right, diet and exercise for an hour minimum, 5-6 days a week?
I'm curious as to everyone's opinions. I hoping its possible to lose 2-3 lbs a week... that would be ideal for me and 50 pounds gone in anywhere from 4 months to 5 and 3/4 months (17-25 weeks)
Honestly I don't think 3 pounds a week is realistic, but I'm hoping for 2 lbs a week. How realistic do you think that is? And for anyone who has lost 40- 50 lbs, how long did it take you?
