I am taking into consederation that you are a young teenager with my reply, but i hope you listen to what i have to say.
You have gotten the right advice here, to do what you need to achieve weight loss. Losing weight fast isn't going to happen. Losing weight easy isn't going to happen. You have to work at it, focus and really care about changing your health, diet, and activity. You shouldn't be "dieting", you should be changing your diet to a healthy, high protien, good carb, low fat style of eating. You have the calories you need to take in a day, you have the method of going about doing it and unlimited resources here. The best for you to do now is to try and apply what you can. Yes it isn't likely that you will in a healthy way lose more than 1.5 to 2 pounds a week. But you are 15 years old, by 16 you can be exactly where you want to be, not so bad honey. Start to try to carry more of a positive attitude towards being healthy. The formula is below.
The best way to drop body fat is to:
1) Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Each meal should be 2-3 hours apart. Each meal should contain one protein and one carb. The first meal should be eaten within an hour after waking.
2) Drink lots of water
3) Rest properly. This means taking at least 24-48 hours between strength training the same muscles, and it also means getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Lastly, it means taking 1-2 days off from exercising per week.
4) Cardio. This should be done at different intensity levels and different session lengths. Consider doing a low intensity/long session, a high intensity/short session and a few medium intensity/medium length sessions.
5) Strength Training. Strength train each muscle 1-3 times per week. You should lift a proper weight and perform the proper amount of sets/reps for your strength training method. Switch your routine every 4-6 weeks.
