I am going to try replacing my mid day meal with a whey protein shake can anyone in the uk tell me where to order it online as I live on a small island and can not get to big shops thanks folks
 
i use this place, they have 5lbs tubs on clearance right now for around 23 bucks. great deal and it comes in lot's flavors - i got coconut and also chocolate peanut butter.

in my experiance, shipping always doubles (if not more) what you are paying.

there is nowhere to get cheap supplements in the uk. fact.

the cheapest option is to go to the US and stock up

seems reasonably cheap to me, and free shipping. (this was just the first hit I got when googling: protien UK)

And for the record, in the US, I ALWAYS get free shipping. If you're doubling the cost due to shipping, you need to buy elsewhere.
 
Do you guys know the purities on any of those proteins? They all say how much protein your getting, but it doesn't look like any of them specify the serving size.
 
as I said, I posted the very first link I came across. I leave it up to the individual to do a little research on their own for best prices and quality. however i think I posted a link to EAS simply whey, which AFAIK is a darn good whey protein.
