Hi everyone,
I'm going to be doing the original bootcamp 3 days a week for one hour each time, for the next 8 weeks. Starting 4th Sep
I'm currently 40% of body fat according to my body fat scale and I'm looking to get down to 25% I know I most likely won't be able to get down that far in 8 weeks but what would be a safe and healthy progression of fat loss for that time period?
And how long should it take to get down to my goal as I'm actively trying to reach that goal and just want a benchmark to aim for.
I not really worried about weight in kg because I'm hoping to put muscle on at the same time but the fat loss is important to me
