how much exercise

how much exercise would one need to do
and not significantly reduce calories
in other words a non diet amount of food?
for example a female in the 250's weight range
eating 1600 to 2000 calories a day?
and in their 50;s?
maybe walking outdoors or cycling indoors or
a mix
 
It's too soon to be thinking about this, bluehat. Please take good care of yourself & wait until you get the all clear for exercise.
