How much exercise per week should I do?

I'm 5'5" Male, 21 years old. Weigh around 180 would like to get down to 150.. how much should I exercise per week in terms of days/week and amount of time running.

I'd appreciate your help, thanks.
 
Whatever you do, start with moderate exercise and then increase the intensity. Otherwise, your muscles will complain. :p
