How much damage am I really doing on the weekends....

When I have a set routine I do great with working out and exercise, but when my schedule gets messed up I tend to stray. My major problem is that when Friday rolls around I want to go out and have fun. I have worked all week and I just want to relax. I usually take Fri-Sat-Sun off working out, have a few drinks at the bar and not watch what I eat so closely. Don't get me wrong I don't go crazy or anything. How bad am I hurting my workout efforts really? I'm not overweight I just want to tone up.
 
I wouldn't sweat it. 3 to 4 weight lifting workouts a week is plenty. Unless you want to be a pro builder. I'm slowly getting into it but i don't want to be a hardcore musclehead. Fit and enjoy life is better for me. :)
 
Well depends on what your goals are, if your goal is fat loss, Tom Venuto has the following to say.

Going on a drinking binge and then eating a meal like mcdonalds can mess up a whole week of healthy eating. so best to be carefull
 
Not too concerned with fat loss. I mean I wouldn't mind it, but like I said I just mainly want to tone up. I am 22 (female)5'4" 122lbs and right at 21% bf, which I don't think is too bad. I don't binge drink, just maybe a few drinks at the bar on Friday night and as for McDonald's, the thought of eating that makes me feel sick!! I usually eat Sunday dinner at my parents which probably isn't the best, but it is usually a roast or something and veggies along with maybe rolls or muffins. Most times it is the only meal I eat that day.
