Everyone is different. I am about your size and I maintain on 2000 while others maintain on 1400. Online calorie counters don't work for me. I would starve to death if I ate the number of cals they say I shoudl eat.
How many are you eating now? Are you gaining, losing or maintaining now? If you are not sure what you are eating now. I would keep track for a few days. And based on whether you are gaining, losing or maintaining now I would adjust it. Hope that helps.
