I'm almost 5'4 and weigh 126 pounds. I exercise almost daily either by playing for my club soccer team 3 days a week, one being strictly fitness training for 2 hours. On my off days I usually go to the gym and burn about 500+ calories and do lots of abs.
I want to lose 6 pounds by this time next month, any tips from experienced dieters and advice for how many calories I should consume a day?
