Your stats show that you are pretty small, probably small frame. To lose body fat your best bet might be to increase your calories per day by an extra 150-200 calories. Make the increase mostly from protein and consider strength training.
For smaller folks (including myself) I find that losing the last few pounds of extra body fat is all about building some lean, toned muscle. That extra few pounds of muscle will help get rid of unwanted body fat.
The key to gaining some muscle is eating a little more in protein (thus increasing total calories to slightly more than your daily maintenance levels require) and lifting weights.
