Hi all,
First of all I'm wondering how many calories I should be taking in each day. I've looked at multiple calculators online and they all give me a different result. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they thought about it?
Also I'm a bit confused about calorie counting and exercise. Say I'm supposed to be taking in 1500 calories a day. So does that mean I'm suppose to be spending that many and then more, to create a deficit that will cause me to lose weight?
So if I have this right, I'm suppose to intake 1500 calories but lose somewhere near 2000/day? How am I suppose to know how many I'm spending on my everyday activities (walking, cleaning, existing)?
I guess I'm just a little confused. Please help me understand.
