So far i have only lose five pounds, and the fact that the fat comes from every where means it will probably be awhile before my pants fit better. How many pounds did you guys lose before you noticed a difference? My ring fits better and my face is slimmer, but I just dont know about my pants.

Anyway, thanks for any input :)

It wasn't till about 20 in that my clothes felt a bit less clingy, but my belt showed a much greater change than I thought.

thanks :) I just wish my belly and thighs would hurry up and get smaller so I can wear my pants without looking like I am about to burst the seams :p

Honestly I don't remember. Other people noticed my clothes fitting differently before I did even. In fact one of the women I work with nearly pantsed me in order to convince me to start buying new clothes. :0

Lol thats funny Kara :p I guess I will know when they fit better when I don't have to roll around the bed and the floor to get my pants on haha.

Took me about 50 pounds to drop a shirt size from 3x to 2x. Even then it was the 2x were a little tight, but it was a milestone none-the-less. Problem was that I wore my weight extremely well, so although I dropped 50 on the scale, it appears I lost most of my face and arms and waist, but my tummy and chest didn't move as much. So far the next 20 have been largely stomach and upper chest, and it makes my 3x shirts look baggy, and my 2x shirts feel much better.

I'm really excited to see where I'll be in another 20!

I've only lost 8 pounds and I didn't think my clothes really fit any different until yesterday. I have a pair of jeans that is always a little tight when I first put them on (freshly washed), but sort of loosen up during the day. I put them on yesterday and they didn't feel tight. They felt like it was the end of the day rather then the beginning, if that makes sense. Made my day!

It accelerates, as you noted. I went from 304lbs and 2XL to 230 and XL; to 210 and L; and finally into M at 205.

Waist size (pant size): 42 and tight at 304, 40 at 280, 38 at 255; 36 at 238; 34 at 220; 33 at 201, and I think I'll be in 32's at 185 or so.

I'm 5'11.

Hope this helps...

I agree that it depends on where most of your weight is, as it will most likely come off the way it went on. I am a "plump everywhere" kind of girl. I don't just hold it around my tummy or hips, but a little all over. I am down 20 pounds and so far I can just tell my clothes fit a bit better but I am still the same size right now, just a little less bumpy. LoL
Don't get discouraged if you don't notice a difference right away. You will get there eventually.

Didn't really notice it from 213 until about 190 and then suddenly saw it in my face and came off from my waist and thighs and hips. Dropped just over two sizes (UK 20 to UK 16). But I carry it on my hips and chest.

I think (logically) it must accelerate the smaller you get so I'm hoping it will drop to a size 14 by 175. Will it be the same as on the way up? When I was about 170ish, I think I was a size 14/16. Hopefully some exercise will make the muscle leaner and so smaller at the same size.

As for me, I notice it a little bit when I lost 10lbs. I couldn't really see it in my face or body or anything really but the clothes felt looser so it must be progress.

I lost 40 pounds and my pants size went from 40 inch to a 31-32 inch =)
Final goal = 30 inch pants till summer!
