I don't know other diets... But I really wanted to lose weight.. so I drink lame juice which I made myself. I just cut one lame in half and squeeze the juice in to boil water and drink it like 5 mins later. I drink twice a day... in the morning and before you sleep.
My big diet was rice soup which is just rice that put in the boil water like 45 mins. JUST RICE! no salt, no veggies, no no no anything. just rice and water. So I eat that rice soup and kimchi three times a day. 9 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm. I know it's kind of hard but rice was my main food so it wasn't hard for me. You know I am Asian...
I eat an apple if I am hungry around 5 or 6 pm.
And I run 30 mins in the morning in my back yard, I play tennis, do set up 100 times, pushup 20 times in the evening.
........ I go to bed like early 8 pm, so you don't get hungry anymore at night and you get to sleep well for tired all day.
So...... I lose 5 lbs in 2 days.
and you can feel how much your belly goes off from you. After 6 of 7 days, you don't get hungry anymore and not tired any more for doing all that..
