lol ok I can see why it might be a little hard to believe. I wouldnt lie about this though. I am just proud of myself for losing the weight and wanted to post how I was doing. I call it the coors light diet, and I can elaborate on how I lost the weight. I only spend about 1 hour at the gym a day, sometimes 2 if I am feeling really really motivated. So 40 minutes of intense weight training and 20 minutes of HIT cardio training. If you don't know what HIT is google it because it is hard to explain. On top of doing that at the gym I also have a job where I work really hard and am always moving around.. and I usually goto the gym right before work or after (8 hour shifts). So basicly my body never stops and I am burning up a lot of calories throughout the day. I also drink on average 15 glasses of water a day which helps a lot with weight loss and prevents me from being really hungover the next day.. which moves me along to the coors light diet. With the coors light diet I prefere to go about 6 to 8 beers a day... and it is important to wash down the silver bullet with a nice pizza or a juicy burger. I eat about 4 to 5 times a day which actually boosts your metabolism a lot more then going the standard 3 meals a day (read that in a mens fitness magazine) Call me a liar if you want, but youl never know for yourself until you try out the coors light diet. Also I had a personal trainer at the gym tell me that weight training burns up a lot of calories and might even be better for you then doing cardio so the dude that said he preferes weight training over cardio did know what he was talking about (personal trainers dont lie) Things I recommend when following the coors light diet: pizza, burgers, french fries, tacos, obviously coors light (heineken is acceptable sometimes), or whatever the f you feel like! The moral of the story here is, if you keep yourself moving all day you can eat whatever you want and still lose the weight it just takes a lot of hard work.
