How I hacked my appetite

I had trouble with cravings for decade. But drinking gradually around 8 liters of alkaline filtered water a day helped me to take almost full control of my cravings. Even after first day of not overeating my body and mind got better. I now eat one big meal a day.

I don't drink my 8~ liters of water as soon as I can. I drink it gradually to suppress my appetite trough all day. Even I have to go to toilet very often, it's still worth it. It works because our body turns off the craving feeling after noticing that digestion system is full.

I'm not a doctor and maybe this method can't be used by everybody.

8 liters? That's really quite a lot, I'm not sure if that's good for everyone. I read something about water intoxication some days ago... That happens very rarely and I'm not sure if it can already happen with 8 liters but it really seems like a lot to me.

People survive severe food intoxication, pure water just runs trough whole body and it's ok. The problem with fasting I found out is that vitamins, minerals, amino-acids are often deficient even if we eat, but when fasting starts it gets worse and body get's pretty weak. So I don't rush on my fasting and take it pretty slow.
