Hello everyone!
so I've been eating around 600-800 calories a day but have decided I need to bump them up a load. (260 pounds 5'7-5'8, female)
I work out daily or at least try to and mostly I've been eating fruit, subway, and salads.
I wanted to know how healthy a chicken burito bol from chipotle would be if i incorporated it into my diet by replacing a footlong with it and also lowering other calories through out the day.
It's delicious and filling. I always get a burrito bol with chicken, rice, black beans, mild sauce (tomatoes), fajitas, lettuce, and cheese. I don't get any sour cream or guacamole.
Is this acceptable? Would it still help me lose weight? or is it not a healthy choice?
