Hello,
I'm 22, 5'1", and 108lbs. I'm wondering if anyone can give me advice on how to shrink my inner thighs.
Right now they touch in the middle and I hate it. To give you some background, I've been going to the gym 2-3 times/wk for about 2 yrs. I start with 12-15min of cardio, then do weight training for about 1 hr, and finish with crunches and stretching. My legs and butt get worked once a week. I've seen results with everything except my inner thighs and lower butt. They just won't shrink!!! A few weeks ago, I added a few pilate moves for the thighs to my routine because I heard that really makes a difference. Does it? How long does it take? I don't eat poorly but I guess anyone could eat better. Could it be my diet that's keeping my thights fat? Should I be doing more cardio? Are there any really great exercises anyone can suggest? I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I want thighs like Jessica Simpson in her new video (the one with the cowboy boots). Is it possible to be that thin and still be healthy??? I've always wondered that.
Thanks sooo much,
Laura
P.S. I'm very excited to have found this forum.
