I usually listen to music for a little while and then plug my headphones into the t.v. My gym has small flat screens attached to each machine which is nice. The cardio section of my gym is upstairs and it overlooks the weight machines and you can also see the room where people take classes. It may seem weird but whenever I feel bored on the machine I just look around. I watch people who are really in shape working on the machines or I watch the boot camp class that is usually going on when I'm there. The instructor is sooo in shape she looks amazing. Doing this usually gives me instant motivation because I see what the body is capable of with hard work and dedication.
