How do you make exercising... fun?

I like working out the the richard simmons video right now i can only do the first one cause i just stared . plus i walk with some really entergetic music that makes you want to move . plus like lisening to music while i clean and i find my self danceing to the music as i clean its so much fun . also work out with a group from the church in the basement . always much funner with someone .:hurray:::party:
 
hi guys

ive just recently started zumba classes. its fairly new to the UK though ive heard its very popular in the US. if you like dancin then this is a fab way of exercising and burning the calories! i cant get enough of it! i also jog on the trampet in front of my favourite soap, i find by the time ive watched the soap ive forgotten that ive done half an hours exercise!
 
I find the best exercises are body weight calisthenics. Along with a diet I would recommend strength training to anyone who wishes to lose weight. The best is push ups especially hindu pushups. You can find a lot of information on this if you search on google.
Hindu pushups opens up energy channels of the body. A great workout for your beer belly.
 
In the gym I go to, we can hook up the iPodTouch and you can play videos onto the treadmill screen. I usually choose a good movie, and play it.

Also, podcasts are great way to pass the time.
If you download iTunes, you can find tons of interesting podcasts. I usually pick something funny like DiggNation, and it makes time fly by.
