a.) Losing 10 pounds in one week would never BE healthy, unless you weighed a VERY large amount to start with.
b.) If it was that easy AND healthy, there would be a sticky about it by now.
c.) Since you say you are three months into your program, you probably will never see a ten pound in a week weight loss, as you have probably lost all excess water weight by now. Most people see the most amount of lost weight in the first week of changing their unhealthy lifestyle.
You don't need to jump-start anything. Hone your own program to be the most effective for you and you will see your weight loss in a healthy way.
