You are at a resturant or at home and are eating something you love; you know you need to have a small piece of it because you are controlling portions but you are tempted what do you do now? How do you excercise control in such a situation? How do you get your self from putting that extra piece or a second helping which could ruin your calorie count for the day? I am really struggling with this and any help/advise would help.
