How do i lose say 10 pounds healthy and easy?

Well, I'm 15 years old.
I weigh 106lbs but i am only 4"9.....
How can I lose around 10lbs doing excercises, like what excercises should i do?
And does anyone have tips on how to grow taller :) ? I play basketball and volleyball because they're my favourite sports and I'm going to start running on my treadmill probably 3 times a week for 20 minutes or so? does anyone have any more tips?
 
Well it sounds like you're going to be growing still for awhile(unless both of your parents are short) so I would stay away from heavy-duty weightlifting. Although there are arguments for and against growth stunting, I would suggest staying away just incase. Just basically make a concious decision to eat healthier foods. Stay away from candy and soda, drink a lot of water. Fruits are good in moderations, aswell as vegetables. Build an exercise routine that fits your schedule and doesn't wear you out too much so you don't get burned out with this new exercise plan too fast.
 
Yeah, if you're young and still growing you most likely get enough exercise daily- and your body's basal burn is as high as it will ever get.

So its *usually* as easy as eating right.
