Well, I'm 15 years old.
I weigh 106lbs but i am only 4"9.....
How can I lose around 10lbs doing excercises, like what excercises should i do?
And does anyone have tips on how to grow taller
? I play basketball and volleyball because they're my favourite sports and I'm going to start running on my treadmill probably 3 times a week for 20 minutes or so? does anyone have any more tips?
