Recently I've lost 10lbs. I couldn't tell difference at all. My firs thought was maybe because I lost muscle instead of fat... Is there any way to tell if im losing muscle?
Or is losing 10lbs fat just too little to notice the difference?
Don't know...but remember - fat is absolutely everywhere, so 10lbs doesn't have to all come from the stomach area - if that's what you're thinking, it could have come from many different places.
