how do i keep motivated in weight loss because i got quiet alot to lose

please give me some advice i used to weigh 230lb went on atkins lost 60lb started eating carbs.. ,, gained nearly all of it back
 
you need to realize that this is not a diet but a lifestyle change - one that will give you new habits to take with you for the rest of your life.

Spend a bunch of time reading the stickied threads in nutrition, on topic and exercise - after reading -ask questions...

It's really quite simple - come up with a reasonable amount of calories... the thread in nutrition will help you there) keep track of everything you put in your mouth (get an account at ) and exercise moderately (again, the stickied threads in exericse will give you a good starting point)

realize that you didn't gain the weight over night -it' snot going to be lost over night..
