well i've lowered my body fat a ton and my abs are ripping thru my tummy. after a workout u can see the gap between my oblique and my abs, then are pretty lean. however i wanna make them bigger (never satisfied? come on who is?)
so im wondering what types of workouts i do to make my abs bigger. currenty i workout my lower abs then obligques and then upper abs and repeat that circuit two or three times. i rotate so each day i focus on one specific section more than the other two. i do high reps and have solid tech (its all about good tech).
so, how do i get "body builder" abs. much bigger looking abs.
also, why do some abs not match up with others, meaning they look almost like a zipper?
also, again, i have an 8 pack (kinda) how do i make that top ab more defined
