Hi guys, first of all I just want to say hello to all you beautiful people out there who are registered to this forum and are or must be genuinely interested in loosing their weight and reaching that goal of weight loss.
OK, here is my short story in a few lines. I just wanted to say that I am now 27 years old and use to do boxing about 6 years ago. Now those where the good days, the discipline was their and the motivation was their and of course time.
I use to weigh 85kg when i was 21, I use to boxercise for 2 1/2 hours three times a week. I use to run for 3 miles twice a week.
PROBLEMS IN CURRENT AGE/TIME
I'm now 27, i work night shifts. I have the whole day to myself. I recently tried to start up boxing again but i got a shoulder injury that took me out for about 6 weeks. I get cramps allot. I know weigh 106kg. I really need to sort myself out but i don't know where to start. I am not really keen on pills and powders.
Any help, point to the right direction and suggestions will be greatly appreciated........
